What is End to End Marketing?
“Hey everybody, this is Scott Theaman talking to you about how to develop your business and market effectively. Today we’re going to talk about the importance of end-to-end marketing, meaning the second somebody discovers you, all the way to when they sign on the dotted line and become a patient. Now you need to keep the theme and the message consistent throughout. When you’re marketing online and you’re marketing to strangers, you need to build trust. You need to build credibility, you need to build authority. So if there is any confusion in the new patient journey, boom, they’re gone. You’re going to lose them. So it’s really important from the ad level and what you’re saying in the ad or in the video ad to what your front desk staff says when they contact them, the script, the framework, all the way to how they’re greeted in the office, how they’re led to the treatment or consultation room, and how their expectations of treatment are laid out.
If there is any kink in this process or if there is any confusion, you’re going to lose the patient to somebody else who is doing these things. And by the way, these big MSOs that are coming in and trying to buy up all the little TMS and ketamine clinics, they have this down to a science. So if you’re serious about your growth, you need to commit to end to end marketing, whether it’s with Beyond Marketing or not. All the way from when they first discover you to all the way for when they sign on to care. It needs to make sense. It needs to be consistent and it needs to be perfect.
So just like you guys go to work super hard every day on making sure your treatments are amazing and you’re driving amazing patient outcomes, you need to do the same thing with your marketing process. Remember, marketing is getting people to want to do business with you. So the way that you get them to want to do business with you is having a clear, consistent yellow brick road from start to finish. This is Scott Theaman and I look forward to speaking with you in the next video. Take care.”
