“Hey, everybody. This is Scott Theaman talking to you about how to develop your business and how to market effectively. And today, we’re going to talk about one of the most important areas of business that’s required to grow revenue, and that is your CRM, or your customer relationship management program. And we use a program called Move. So Move gives you all the stages of the sales cycle.
So, where are people at in the sales cycle to becoming a new patient? We have our lead in category. So when we generate you a lead, they’re going to populate into lead in. Then if they text back, because we have text message automation, they’re going to move into the texted back category. Then we have calls 3 through 5 and calls 6 through 10. Why do we have those as stages? Because we want to train your staff that those are the actions required to move them to an appointment.
So then we have VOB, verification of benefits, or SCA, single case agreements, if you guys do that in your office. Then we have initial appointment, which is when you book the appointment. And then we have consultation. And then we have new patient.
So it’s really important that you use Move the way we design it because when you schedule an appointment with them, it’s going to send them automated text reminders and automated email reminders of their appointment at their given date.
So, the really great thing overall about using a program like Move is it gives you clarity. Finally, you’ll have clarity about what’s happening in your business, about where is the new revenue and what stages are they at? So if it’s a marketing problem, obviously talk to us, we’ll help to fill that pipeline. But if we see that maybe there’s a bottleneck at VOB, maybe there’s something happening there. Right? So we could just look at the dashboard and be able to see where the bottleneck or where the choke hold is in the business and make adjustments from there.
Maybe you’re getting a lot of appointments, but not a lot of conversions. Okay, so we need to work on how do we convert those patients. Have we spent time in the course? Have we trained our people? Are our nurse practitioners using a proven script? So, the dashboard, the pipeline is going to give us all of that information. So it’s really important that you use a system like this so that we can minimize the learning curve and maximize your return on investment and maximize the impact you’re able to make in your patients’ lives.
This is Scott Theaman with Beyond Marketing, and I look forward to talking to you in the next video.”
