“What’s going on guys. This is Scott Theaman here, talking about sales, marketing, conversion and helping you to grow your practice and today we’re talking about the most important concept in business and it’s about selling.
Now when I say the word sales or selling, or when you hear that, what’s the first thing that honestly comes to your mind? Do you think, “Oh my God. Manipulative, sales. Yucky. Oh my God. Horrible.” Selling is not any of those things. Let me tell you what selling is.
Selling is serving. Why are you in business? Chances are you do what you do because you know that whether you’re offering chiropractic, physical therapy, PRP, STEM cells, chances are you know what you do can really help and serve people at a high level.
So whenever you’re asking somebody for money, money is just a value exchange. I’m going to buy that service from you because I think that that service is more valuable than the actual dollar money bills in my account, right? So until you get so completely sold that selling is serving, you’re going to have trouble.
If your staff is having trouble on the phone, booking appointments, closing deals, or collecting money, it’s because they are not sold on what they’re doing is serving the client. Selling is serving. Write this on your wall at home. Write it on your refrigerator. Put it above your bed. Selling is serving and when you get so completely sold on your product, on your service and what you can do for your patients, you’re going to be able to close more deals and generate more revenue. But it can’t be just you. It has to be your whole staff. Everyone needs to be enrolled in the vision of the service we offer is so incredible and when you get really clear on that and you’re really clear on selling is serving, you’re going to have no problem closing more deals and growing your business.
